Last season, we had schedules to show who would referee or host a game. Now this made RFL more organized, that's if refs/hosts could make it and such. And since a schedule isn't meant for flexibility, there will be a new way of getting hosts and referees.
This method involves trusting captains to get their own hosts and referees that are currently official. If there are no such people around at the time of your game, you may get someone that hasn't taken the referee or host test. Both captains have to agree on this.
So yeah, no more confusing schedules and the like (sorry amunike ) but we're going to take this more subtle approach for season 3.
