This is kind of one of the reasons why we have a Free Agents thread....

If I look through the free agents thread to sign people:
1)The people I look at may no longer play rfl
2) They may have found a team by now
3) If they are not active enough to see my post within a few days, they aren't active enough to play in the Bants.
4) The free agents thread is where people advertise themselves to teams, not teams advertising themselves to players.
5) People who have the initiative to find a team rather than sitting waiting for one deserved a team more than those who don't.
