Help me my flag and Location changed!

I woke up in the morning and went on haxball and i went check for rooms and there were 5 american room and all of them were like 400 km - 1200 km away from me and then i scrolled down and the uk rooms are now 5000 - 6000 km away from me and i checked my ping in the american room and its 80 - 170 and i dont know what caused it is it my ip that changed or is it something that happens randomly ?

If i can change it how do i change it?

I thought you went off haxball completely anyway.
